    Another way of explaining something is subsidized. Tax free or taxed less, like some other nations, who do use the term "subsidized".

    In general subsidized is used for something the government is partially paying for.

    The government is paying as it loses tax revenue. How much debt?.....yeah no worries, lets lower taxes...yay!

    I remeber 35-40hp monoblock head and engine .I didn't remember about 15-18 2 cyl. But of course they exist.
