Fun it depends on what plane you are flying .
What do you think about the existing amphibious bikes?
You could take a tent and some floats. It can work quite effectively.

How much flywheel energy do you have to get up the hill ? You don't need this. Wide ratio transmission is what you need .
I remember when we were driving in first gear , low gear, on 3 cyl up to Pasul Urdele .Snails are faster.Gravity don't lie.

Well yeah, wide ratio and all, but still, moving 400-500kg without it up-hill, would be near impossible, or so slow that walking would be faster :))))), so, yeah, i would benefit from a flywheel

If you move axles little bit forward (f) and backward (r) you achive some good angles .
Make CFC body , 4 wheel drive :) with bicycle/e-bicycle componets , good li--on power bank , folding ul solars , some Torquedoo or similar , and chanage body shape to more cx able from each side.
    Every ideas are usefull sometimes.

This project seems like a big challenge to swallow in one bite. Even just as a road vehicle it sounds quite novel. I'd be inclined to build this purely as a road vehicle first. Then when you come to build the second version, with aquatic adaptations, you'll have a clear picture of what you're dealing with in terms of weight, dimensions and available power.

Well that's mostly my idea, build it road worthy, but water tight from the begginung, if ut goes on land, then try it on water :)))

Try to get 2 recumbent cycles identical, (driver and passenger seats), frame them together considering the width of bike lanes and bike ways, link steering and rear drives, build a frame with tabs to hold hull panels, to make it into a boat shape, try to pedal / push it up some hills or inclines, alone, with just some camping gear and a week's supply of food and water in it.
Then if still keen, finalise sealing the hull part however you can; think about a pedal driven propeller out the back, you won't want to be changing to paddle tyres for every river crossing; add sealed buoyancy; see if it floats, and if you can support your payload - batteries, solar panels, generator, water, food, camping gear, spares and tools, flywheels, 2 people, etc. while not being swamped by boat wakes. Take it for a short paddle, then see if you can get up a ramp or a beach. You may want to give up by then.
Do some extensive internet searches. Bikes and pedal cars, and tinkerers, have been around for a long time, so there would have to have been several attempts at your idea beforehand.
Or just buy an old Volkswagen Beetle and make it float, as many have done before. Or look up 'Alligator', right here.
I thought of a pushbike with huge panniers, which connect to make a raft, then put the bike and gear on, and paddle it or sail it across water, re-assemble on the other side, and ride off. Simple. The weight on a small bike would be a pain, the panniers' volume would catch the wind, and everything would corrode; I didn't do it. It's fun to imagine, and play, but it's annoying when weeks or months of work leads to a waste of time and a heap of junk; I've done it myself. Have fun, but quit if having nightmares.

Well, I am considerring still building it just as a camper and afterwards make a v2 that's also water worthy :) so, still thinking, probably going to choose the v1/v2 scheme

Ok, I had a good laugh, now it's time for something more serious. Building and operating such a vehicle in the EU on public roads is a serious undertaking. Your proposed vehicle would fall into the category Le6A and needs type approval. If you want it to be a bicycle the motor can have a maximum of 250W, electric assist must work only when pedaling and cease at a speed of 25kmh. How to get an individual type approval for a new vehicle depends on how each country interpreted the european framework, but generally it isn't simple or cheap.

If you still want to try your hand at an amphibious vehicle you should do well to study some of the details implemented into the VW 166, like for example the waterproof tub like body (no doors).

@Rumars , well i think i might have to revert to my very first idea, cause i'm starting to hit a lot of laws, and the idea beeing, a camper towed by bicycle, a camper that can also be it's very own vehicle when un attatched from the bicycle, like a trike camper, that you take the front wheel off and the fork attatches to the rear of a bike, coupling the two electrically too(with a trailer connector, it has enough pins)

Then, i can use the camper as a trailer behind a bike in the countries where somone might say anything, and the rest, just trike it

And then i can more easily shape even a hull, closer to a dingie or a jetsky by shape :)) and use the fork on the camper boat to attach a pair of skis in place of the wheel :))) that's pure evil :))))))

Jetski hulls are only stable when at speed, but at rest they are very unstable, so maybe think about that size, but not that hull shape. Maybe get a cheap canoe, then chop and modify it to trail behind a bike, with a detachable axle and draw bar. You won't cross oceans but could do rivers and canals. Keep It Simple, and you may enjoy it more, and sooner. Campers are bulky and heavy, mountaineering tents are very light and compact, and one could be set up in a wide canoe. Maybe a folding canoe might work too, but a dinghy would be a drag in any wind.
Small folding bike, folding canoe, mountain tent, freeze dried food, waterproof container, water container, spirit stove, and away you go.
